Shareholders agreements, Shareholders Subscription agreements, Share purchase
agreements, and Deed of Succession.
Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Litigation Handling: Handle court matters and legal disputes effectively.
Legal Research: Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and
regulations.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate legal risks for the organization.
Timely Agreement Execution: Draft agreements within strict timelines and ensure
timely execution.
Accountability: Take accountability for legal suggestions and advice provided.
Facilitate Business Operations: Collaborate with other teams to facilitate business
operations by providing legally sound solutions.
